India Shipping and Delivery Information
We do not have a cash-on-delivery service.
In India, orders above Rs 5,000; free shipping per order.
In India orders below Rs 5,000; charge is Rs 250 per order.
Delivery Timelines:Your orders will be dispatched within 3 business days and shipping times are estimated anywhere between 7-10 business days depending on the location to be shipped in India. We only use reputed courier companies.
Tracking ID of your order:Tracking details will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp, and you are responsible for tracking your own orders and following up with the courier company. Jewel Box by Arnav is not responsible if you are not available at the time of delivery.
Modifications after my order place:Order contents or address cannot be modified. However, if you need to change the shipping address for the order you have purchased, this can be accommodated. To do so, please contact our Support team for assistance. Please note that address changes can only be made before the order has been shipped.
Note: Orders placed on the weekends will be shipped on the next business day. As well as orders will not be shipped on public holidays or in the event of circumstances out of our control.
International Shipping and Delivery Information
For International orders above Rs 1,00,000; free shipping per order.
For International orders below Rs 1,00,000; the charge is Rs 5,000 per order.

We only use reputed courier companies. Jewel Box by Arnav is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company as it’s beyond our control.
