EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Exchanges are allowed only for manufacturing defects or if the wrong product was sent and this is only for SilvercanvasbyArnav and not the Muiltbrand Products.

Email online.manager@arnav.in within 24 hours of receiving the package. Attach a video of the product unpacking to your email. Once the exchange is confirmed by us, return the item in its original condition within 7 days of purchase.

Return Shipping: No pick-up facility is available for returns. Courier charges for returns are the customer’s responsibility. Share the tracking details after shipping the returned item.
International orders are not eligible for exchanges or returns if you have any concerns about your order, email online.manager@arnav.in.


When Returns Are Not Possible:

If the return request is made after 24 hours of delivery.
If items are returned without original packaging, freebies, or accessories.
If the product is damaged due to use or not in its original condition.
Exchange and Return are not possible for Muilt brand products.

Purchase Location:

Items purchased at our retail store should be returned at the store only.
Items purchased online should  be returned online.
