Return and refund policy
What is the Return Policy?
- Exchanges will be accepted only in an unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, or you have received the wrong product.
- Email us at online.manager@arnav.in within 24 hours of receipt of the package. We will confirm the exchange. The products should be returned to us in the original condition received within 7 days of purchase.
- There will be no exchanges or returns on international orders. Please note products purchased in the sale section is not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us at online.manager@arnav.in and we will be in touch as soon as possible.
- The address to return your order will be confirmed to you on email after the return has been confirmed by jewel box by Arnav.
Please note: We do not have pick up facility for returns. Courier charges for returns will be borne by the customer.
When are returns not possible?
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns, which are:
- If the return request is made outside the specified time frame (24 hours post-delivery).
- Items that are returned without original packaging, freebies or accessories.
- If the product is damaged because of use or the product is not in the same condition in which you received it.
- Any consumable item which has been used.
- Products that may/have been tampered or products with missing serial numbers
What is the Refund Policy?
No cash refunds will be issued; instead, we will provide with a credit note that can be used for future purchases.
